LKQ Canada is looking for an Automotive Yard Dismantler to join its team!
$20/hr - Mon-Fri(40 hr/wk)Why choose LKQ as your employer?

What does a day look like for a Yard Dismantler?
• Remove requested parts to fulfill orders on vehicles within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner, • Label and tag each part to be placed in stock, • Check the quality and product type of the inventoried parts, • Participate in daily team goals, and • Other duties as assigned. What is the profile we are looking for?
• Knowledge of automotive parts, • Diploma in mechanics or bodywork (Strong Asset!), • Hands-on job experience, • Ability to work in a team, • Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions, and • Must own and maintain all the tools necessary.
Job Requirements Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Is subject to intense physical labour, repetitive lifting. Must be able to lift at least 50-75 lbs.
Working Conditions: Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to extreme cold & extreme heat. The noise level is moderately loud.
