About the Role: We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to analyze the current system, design target solutions, and support development teams throughout all stages of the migration. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the existing system, identify business rules, dependencies, and constraints Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications for functionality migration Define and align integration contracts (REST APIs, JSON schemas, event contracts) Model and visualize business processes and data flows using BPMN and UML (Sequence, Activity, Component diagrams) Design data migration: mappings, transformations, and migration strategies Decompose technical initiatives into development tasks; prepare User Stories / Use Cases and define acceptance criteria Perform risk and bottleneck analysis for the target architecture Support development teams during delivery: answer questions, participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning Collaborate with adjacent teams and stakeholders to align technical decisions Maintain and update documentation in the knowledge base (Confluence) Participate in complex incident investigation and root cause analysis
