Lead UX/UI Designer Fixed-term contract, 12 months (maternity cover) London — hybrid, with regular presence in our London office Delta Capita is a global provider of managed services, technology and consulting to the financial services industry. Design sits at the centre of how we build our products. Our team shapes the interfaces our clients and their customers use every day. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead UX/UI Designer to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave, starting November 2026 and based in our London office. You will own the design of complex, multi-stakeholder products end to end - from early problem solving through to prototypes and production-ready UI. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams on a day-to-day basis, with support from senior stakeholders as needed. You will be comfortable making confident design decisions, shipping in short cycles, and iterating once real feedback arrives.You will be responsible for leading other junior designers in the team, to make help them make decisions, give feedback and make sure work is delivered to a high standard and on time.
