They ensure rigorous test planning, execution, and reporting, and are accountable for the effectiveness of the overall testing function. The Test Strategy role manages test resources, sets standards, and collaborates closely with the Technology Delivery Team Manager to uphold testing quality across all client and core platform deliveries.
