Build things that matter. We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (Commercial, Data & Compliance) to team up with our General Counsel and keep Aikido’s legal engine running. We’re talking about contracts, IP, data, compliance, and the occasional M&A. This is a hands-on role for someone sharp, curious, and eager to dive into the fast lane of a growing SaaS scale-up. Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and close commercial contracts (customers & suppliers) Data protection (GDPR) and compliance, including the AI Act Contract management & pragmatic legal advice to sales, product, and management teams Support in IP matters (licensing, trademarks, open source) and M&A transactional work Support in HR-related matters and corporate housekeeping Explore and implement legal tech & AI tools to help us move fast
