Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer Location: Zurich Workload: 80\-100% Employment: Permanent Our client, a leading Swiss IT services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to drive AI, GenAI and intelligent automation within its ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities: Develop and implement the ServiceNow AI and automation roadmap Identify and deliver AI use cases from PoC to production Build solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents and ServiceNow AI capabilities Develop intelligent assistants and automated service processes Contribute to ServiceNow architecture, standards and AI governance Advise customers and internal stakeholders on AI solutions Your Profile: Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant Fluent German and good English required Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise; CSM or ITOM is an advantage Hands\-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation Practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search Experience implementing AI solutions in production ServiceNow certifications GenAI, LLM and AI Agent experience is an advantage A key opportunity to shape AI and automation within a large\-scale ServiceNow environment, with flexible working conditions and up to 60% home office .\#LI\-RR1 jpid799b499jm jit0936jm jiy26jm
