CS CRUSHING LIMITED requires multiple CNC Operator roles for their premises at BROOKLODGE DEMESNE, BALLYGLURIN, GALWAY, H54 EP27, IRELAND CO GALWAY The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €40,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machinery to manufacture products to precise specifications. Duties include loading materials, running pre-programmed machine instructions, and monitoring equipment throughout the production process to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operation. The role involves inspecting completed products using precision measuring equipment to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. The CNC Operator will also carry out routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, tooling changes, and basic adjustments, as well as identify and troubleshoot operational issues when they arise. All work must be completed in accordance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and established production standards. Accurate production and inspection records must also be maintained. KEY REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications - A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with technical or vocational training in machinery operations, machining, or manufacturing being highly preferred. Relevant experience is required. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs. Thorough knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations and machine-specific safety protocols; ability to properly use personal protective equipment; understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and safe working practices; and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Strong attention to detail and focus; reliability and punctuality; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to identify problems, follow instructions, and respond effectively to machine or production issues.
