To join this exciting new journey, we are now seeking a Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager - a key role at the heart of our growth. In this role, you will act as the senior voice of the industrial function, ensuring that new products and product changes are successfully industrialized and launched into production, while driving a structured, sustainable continuous improvement culture across the site. Your key responsibilities will include : - Leading, coaching, and developing a multidisciplinary team of Manufacturing Engineers and Industrial Project Leaders. - Managing the industrialization of new and evolving products from development through to series production, ensuring governance and Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) performance. - Designing and validating assembly routings, workstations, tooling, and production equipment in collaboration with internal teams. - Conducting and overseeing manufacturing process studies, feasibility assessments, and validation plans (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, FAI). - Setting up and optimizing assembly lines/cells, focusing on layout, ergonomics, flow, and takt time. - Ensuring compliance with critical processes and aerospace certification requirements. - Planning and deploying the site's continuous improvement roadmap, guiding improvement project teams using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies. - Identifying and managing operational and project risks, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Analyzing the benefits and impact of improvement projects across financial and customer metrics.
