As a On Site Support Manager, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by: ? Assures all delivered Safran Seats flow through the airframer system to meet airframer aircraft delivery schedules. ? Ensures compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards at the airframer facility. ? Responsible for the FOD program at the air framer for the On Site Support team, including to the monitoring and control of the technicians controlled tools. ? Manages the replacement order process for defective or airframer damaged components. ? Maintains visibility of all Safran Seats delivered products to ensure product quality, customer requirements, and cost. ? Develops and monitors quality program to minimize repetitive mistakes and rework. ? Maximizes manpower, equipment and facility utilization. What we offer: ?
