To join this exciting new journey, we are now seeking an experienced IT Site Manager to act as the primary IT representative for our new facility in Dubai. As a member of the team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services, drive operational excellence, and serve as the key liaison between local business teams and central IT functions Your key responsibilities will include : 1. Site IT Operations & End User Support o Ensure the effective delivery of IT services to all site users. o Act as the escalation point for major incidents and business-critical issues. o Coordinate local support resources and service providers to maintain operational continuity. o Drive user satisfaction through responsive support and continuous service improvement. o Support the deployment of new technologies, digital initiatives, and workplace solutions. o Guarantee compliance with corporate IT standards and security policies. 2. Administrative & Governance Activities o Manage local IT budgets, assets, contracts, and vendors. o Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, processes, and service procedures. o Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and cybersecurity requirements. o Monitor and manage local IT expenditures and operational commitments. o Participate in governance reviews and operational committees. 3. Reporting & Performance Management o Prepare and present regular operational reports to site management and IT leadership. o Track and communicate KPIs related to incidents, requests, service levels, costs, risks, and project status. o Identify trends, service issues, and improvement opportunities. o Provide visibility on site priorities and operational challenges. 4. Coordination with Central IT Teams o Represent site requirements and priorities within central IT organizations. o Ensure efficient communication between business stakeholders and corporate IT teams. o Coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and digital transformation projects. o Facilitate the implementation of global initiatives while considering local operational constraints. o Support major IT changes and ensure successful adoption by end users.
