Job Title Chef / Head Chef – Le Diamant Bistro Job Description Le Diamant Bistro in Copenhagen K is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef / Head Chef to join our team and help build an exciting new restaurant concept. You will have an important role in developing our menu, creating great food and establishing an efficient and professional kitchen operation from the beginning. Your main responsibilities Prepare and develop dishes for the restaurant menu Contribute to menu and concept development Manage daily food preparation and kitchen production Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation Organise kitchen workflow and daily operations Manage stock, ordering and kitchen costs Train, support and motivate kitchen staff Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness Help create a positive and professional working environment For the Head Chef position, you will also have responsibility for the overall kitchen operation and team leadership. Qualifications We are looking for a chef who is passionate about food, reliable, creative and enjoys working as part of a team. Required Proven professional experience as a Chef Experience working in a busy restaurant environment Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure Good English communication skills A professional and positive attitude For the Head Chef position Previous leadership or supervisory experience Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff Experience with ordering, stock management and kitchen organisation Ability to take responsibility for the daily kitchen operation An advantage Experience with menu development Experience from casual dining or street food Experience from international or creative kitchens Experience opening or developing a new restaurant Interest in innovative and modern cooking Danish is an advantage but not a requirement .
