Barman — Brusketta Brusketta is a cozy Italian restaurant in Antwerp, known for its warm, authentic atmosphere. We're looking for a Barman to join the team, part-time, for evening service. What you'll do Prepare and serve drinks. Cocktails, wine, coffee, aperitivo classics; accurately and efficiently Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready before service hits Manage the pace of orders during busy periods without losing quality Coordinate with the floor team so drinks and food orders stay in sync Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a calm, professional touch What you bring Experience as a barman/bartender in hospitality Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and wine Composure under pressure Organized, hands-on, hygiene- and detail-conscious English (required), basic Dutch (required); Italian or French is a real plus What's in it for you Part-time, 3–4 evenings per week €15.50–€18.00 brutto/hour, negotiable based on experience Warm, tight-knit team in a well-established neighborhood spot Room to grow within a restaurant group that's expanding Send your CV, a photo, and a short intro to [email protected]
