About this role
Overview: We are looking for a Interoperability, Data & Applications Specialist to join, for a period of up to sixteen months, the team of an entity responsible for overseeing the construction of public digital infrastructure in Angola. The successful candidates will work under the technical direction of the client and on the client’s behalf , focusing on inspection, verification, and quality control activities rather than execution . What will you do? Integrations and interfaces, electronic signatures, data migration and quality; End-to-end testing. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems integration and/or e-government; TOGAF, ISTQB, or CDMP certification is a plus; Project dedication: 50% of working time. Fluent in English. What we offer?
