About this role
Overview: We are looking for Financial Specialist — Contracts, Costs and Measurements to join, for a period of up to sixteen months, the team of an entity responsible for overseeing the construction of public digital infrastructure in Angola. The successful candidates will work under the technical direction of the client and on the client’s behalf, focusing on inspection, verification, and quality control activities rather than execution. What will you do? Verification of measurement records against the contract and technical evidence; monitoring of cost variances, guarantees, and change requests. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and registration with the Engineers’ Association; Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction supervision or construction management, including specialist installations; Experience in construction site safety coordination and BIM. The position requires an estimated 50% allocation to the project. What we offer?
