Offered Position: Asset Manager II – AMZ010206 Job Location: 11815 Alterra Pkwy, Austin, TX 78758 Job Number: AMZ010206 Position Responsibilities: Manage the lease renewal pipeline and critical dates, perform contract negotiations, seek financial and business approvals. Conduct strategic portfolio analysis, supporting business stakeholders during the site exit and renewal process. Define KPIs, track critical dates, and build mechanisms to track key portfolio metrics. Drive portfolio optimization through process improvement, cost savings/avoidance, and standardized lease language. Negotiate, draft, and manage lease related legal documents. Partner and seek alignment with internal stakeholders including business development, legal, finance, and economic development. Manage the landlord/tenant relationship through lease compliance, escalation, and de-escalation. Report on portfolio metrics, analyze data, and provide monthly/quarterly business updates about the team AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
