_*Requirements For This Position Are:*_
*Labourer*
* Operate shovels and small hand tools safely and efficiently * Support operators and foreman as directed * Perform general labour duties as directed * Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
*Qualifications: Skills, Education, and Experience*
* Minimum 2 years of labour experience (construction experience considered an asset) * Valid Class 5 driver?s license with a clean driving record * Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions * Strong communication skills, awareness, and problem-solving skills * Reliable team player with attention to details * Ability to take direction and work independently when needed * Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, are required.
Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts, including weekends, as required (weather permitting).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
