*Duties*
* File Preparation of Financial Information and tax preparation. * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare, Profile, TValue, and other data entry tools to record financial transactions accurately
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare and Profile or other tax preparation software. * Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including data entry, account reconciliation, and ledger management * Familiarity with payroll systems. * Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes within a financial services environment * Excellent math skills coupled with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities * Ability to perform account analysis efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines * Prior experience in budgeting and financial reporting is preferred but not required

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
