*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations for individuals of all ages. * Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practices and current medical guidelines. * Manage medication administration, including prescribing and monitoring treatments tailored to each patient?s needs. * Provide preventive care services such as immunizations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to promote overall wellness. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health record systems like Epic and Cerner to ensure seamless patient care coordination. * Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and quality improvement initiatives. * Offer home care consultations when necessary, supporting patients with mobility issues or those requiring ongoing management outside the clinical setting.
*Skills*
* Proven experience working in hospital settings with strong acute care skills. * Familiarity with research methodologies to support evidence-based practice improvements. * Excellent understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards. * Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and data collection. * Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations, including pediatrics. * Experience in pain management strategies and procedures for acute or chronic pain conditions. * Knowledge of medical office operations, medication administration protocols, and home care procedures.

Pay: $124,098.30-$252,745.10 per year
