We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labourers to join our clients dynamic team. Preferably someone with experience working in a Sheet Metal Facility. As a General Labourer, they will be a key part of our production team, assisting along various areas of the process. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the flexibility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Monday to Friday (Mornings) Location: Richmond Hill Wage Range: $19 - $22 (exp./skill dependent) Requirements • Experience working in a Sheet Metal Facility. • Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality standards. • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe by maintaining tools and materials and disposing of waste properly. • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve any issues during the assembly process. • Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, power tools, pop riveters, and wrenches. • Ability to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions. • High attention to detail to ensure all products meet quality requirements. • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, workloads, and production deadlines in a dynamic environment.
