Position: Pharmacist Type: Contract Compensation: $75?$120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Confirm interaction, dosing, or contraindication findings against the patient's full medication list and chart. • Catch missed interactions and stale patient data driving incorrect doses; update based on newer Special Alerts. • Judge completeness of the clinical picture, ensuring all active meds, labs, and comorbidities are considered. • Distinguish "permitted" from "appropriate" and flag poor drug choices for specific patients. • Verify clinical conclusions are carried through to order updates, prescriber notifications, and chart documentation. Qualifications Must-Have • Frequent Lexidrug (or Lexicomp) use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role • 2+ years of professional pharmacy experience, inpatient/hospital setting strongly preferred • Reflexive use of Interactions, Trissel's, and monograph sections • PharmD and active pharmacy license, or equivalent verification-heavy clinical experience • Strong working knowledge in at least 2?3 specialized areas above, tied to your practice setting • Comfort judging whether a correct clinical finding was properly followed through Preferred • Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience Application Process (Takes 20?30 mins to complete) • Upload resume • AI interview based on your resume • Submit form Resources & Support • For details about the interview process and platform information, please check: https://talent.docs.mercor.com/welcome • For any help or support, reach out to: [email protected] PS: Our team reviews applications daily.
