About this role
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the restaurant industry, a passion for food preparation, and strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively, and take direction well. We are looking for someone who is willing to help out at all stations in the kitchen.
The position is on a remote site, where you will be required to stay onsite for 2 weeks, working 12 hour days followed by 2 weeks off.
Responsibilities:
* Follow recipes and food preparation instructions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to health and safety regulations. * Prepare ingredients for cooking. * Cook food according to customer orders. * Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner. * Maintain a high level of customer service.
