We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental hygiene, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. *As our Dental Hygienist you would be responsible for:*
* Perform dental hygiene services and practice protocols * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their individual needs. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and efficiently. * Assist with patient examinations, documenting findings, and updating medical histories. * Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients. * Provide support during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit. * Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of all dental equipment and operatories. * Utilize Tracker practice management software for scheduling, charting, and documentation.
*Requirements*
* Active license with BCCOHP and in good standing * New Hygiene Grads welcome * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent attention to detail & time management skills * Experience with Tracker an asset
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
