We are looking for an experienced person with a strong background in the *glazing trade* who can help us *bring in more commercial and residential work*.
The ideal candidate has hands-on glazing experience and strong relationships within the construction and property management industry.
*What we?re looking for:*
* Strong experience and knowledge of the glazing trade * Ability to read and understand *blueprints and construction drawings* * Experience with commercial and residential glazing * Established relationships with *strata corporations, property managers, general contractors, builders, and developers* * Ability to *generate leads and bring in new projects* * Ability to identify upcoming repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction opportunities * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and business-minded
This role is *primarily focused on bringing in new work and growing the company*, not scheduling or managing day-to-day operations.
We?re looking for someone who already understands the glazing industry and has the *connections and experience to bring commercial and residential projects through the door.*
