*Job Responsibilities*
* Provide overall accounting and clerical support to the accounting department * Verify accuracy of billings as submitted to accounting * Answering queries from vendors, suppliers and other parties on payment concerns * Reconciling various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omission by applying appropriate accounting standards * Maintaining records and reports
*Qualifications*
* Successful completion of an accounting certificate or diploma would be an asset * 1 year work experience preferred * Knowledge of an automated accounting software is preferred * Previous related data entry and accounting support experience * Mandatory high proficiency in Excel * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
