*Position Overview*
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is motivated, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn and grow within the construction industry.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist with residential new builds, additions, and renovations * Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans * Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely * Complete framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks * Maintain a clean and organized job site * Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship * Follow all workplace safety procedures
*Requirements*
* Valid G2 or G driver's license * Valid Working at Heights certification (required) * Ability to read and interpret blueprints * Experience using hand and power tools * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Reliable transportation to job sites * Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour * Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
