*Job Responsibilities:*
* Providing excellent customer service * Water all plants as needed * Receive and unpack incoming supplies, giftware, balloons, plants and flowers * Take custom orders from customers * Designing floral arrangements, bouquets, funeral flowers * Keep Floral department neat and tidy * Any other tasks as assigned
· Handle inbound and outbound calls of existing customers
Training will be provided
*Requirements:*
· Versatile customer experience
· Exceptional verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
· Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized work area
· Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience
· Comfortable with opening and closing the store
· Social Media Knowledge
· Basic computer/keyboarding skills
· Enthusiastic and positive "can do" attitude

$18-20 Hour

3 ? 8 PM Wednesday & Friday
