IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring multiple Forklift Operators for our client. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours and a consistent continental shift rotation. Location: GTA Schedule Requirement: Candidates must be available to work a Monday to Friday – Morning, Afternoon, Nights, or 12-hour continental Position Summary:The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight within a warehouse environment, as well as inventory tracking, freight investigation, and general warehouse support duties. Wage$18 - $22 Key Responsibilities • Operate forklift safely and efficiently • Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory • Load, unload, and move freight within the warehouse • Keep accurate inventory records • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned • Utilize equipment such as pump trucks, two-wheel dollies, box knives, and ladders as required Requirements • Valid forklift certification (minimum of 6 months experience) • Experienced working with Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Dock Stocker, walkie or order picker • Previous warehouse experience is required • CSA-approved safety boots (mandatory) • Strong counting and inventory skills • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely • Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment • Strong written and verbal English communication skills Skills & Competencies • Detail-oriented and analytical • Accurate and precise • Strong organizational skills • Problem-solving ability • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working a rotating continental schedule, we encourage you to apply today.
