*Requirements*
* Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or large-scale settings * Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, buffers, and scrubbers * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols * Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods * Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining team operations * Nice-to-have: experience in commercial cleaning environments or custodial roles
