• Health insurance / Health benefits program • Paid time off Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial and administrative operations at our Mississauga office. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO) to independently oversee the entire accounting cycle while comfortably managing employee benefits and daily office administration. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Bookkeeping
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and general ledger entries. • Handle periodic invoice entries. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) entries and payments through different platforms. • Process transactions, match bank feeds, and categorize expenses accurately inside QuickBooks Online. • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. • Prepare and file sales tax returns (GST/HST and all provincial). • Generate financial reports like Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. • Coordinate cleanly with external CPAs or accountants at year-end. Payroll & Benefits Management
• Process payroll and manage related filings. • Oversee and administer the company health benefits program, including enrollment, changes, and billing reconciliations. General Administration • Provide general administrative support to keep the office operating smoothly. • Maintain digital filing systems, handle incoming mail, and assist with vendor correspondence. • Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of proven full-cycle bookkeeping experience. • Advanced, demonstrated proficiency working with QuickBooks Online (QBO certification/ProAdvisor status is a strong asset). • Experience managing invoice entries and general office administration. • Familiarity with group health benefit plan administration. • Solid grasp of core Canadian accounting principles. • Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
