The Flats Eatery + Drink is looking for reliable and hardworking Cooks to join our kitchen team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and standardsEnsure food is prepared quickly, consistently, and presented properlyFollow food safety and sanitation proceduresKeep kitchen stations clean, organized, and fully stockedAssist with food preparation, portioning, and restockingWork efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend shiftsCommunicate and work well with other kitchen and front-of-house team membersComplete opening and closing duties as required Requirements: Previous kitchen or cooking experience is preferredAble to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamGood understanding of cleanliness and food safetyAble to stand for extended periods and perform regular kitchen dutiesMust be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
