We?re a growing water restoration company, Fix Nation Restoration Etobicoke seeking an experienced, detail?driven Bookkeeper/CSR to support daily operations and deliver professional customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
* AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll * Customer calls, scheduling, job coordination * Insurance documentation and job costing (asset)
*Qualifications:*
* *5+ years bookkeeping experience* * Strong accounting software skills * Excellent communication and organization * Restoration/construction experience is an asset
