*What You?ll Do:*
* Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, etc.) * Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting * Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners * Maintain detailed service records and follow company procedures * Ensure all work is up to code and compliant with safety standards
*What You Bring:* ? *G2 Gas Technician License* (must be able to work independently) ? *ESA Certification* (Electrical Safety Authority) ? Valid *driver?s license* with clean abstract ? Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Strong customer service mindset ? Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
