What You?ll Do
* Supervise and mentor a crew of 5?10 maintenance workers across various commercial sites * Plan, schedule, and execute installations, maintenance, and repair projects * Prepare production reports and cost/material estimates * Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members * Order materials, equipment, and supplies * Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards * Offer coaching, performance and guidance recommend promotions, raises, or other personnel actions
What You Bring
* Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent * 1?2 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields * Strong organization, oral communication, leadership, and team-player attitude * Ability to work under pressure, including occasional overtime * Comfortable in various on?site environments (outdoor, noisy, at heights, dusty conditions)
