*KeyPak* is seeking a *Marketing Manager* to lead our growing marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth. This role reports directly to the *CEO*, offering a unique opportunity to influence strategy, lead key initiatives, and make a visible impact across the organization.
What You'll Do
* Lead and develop a small marketing team * Drive lead generation, digital marketing, email, social media, and campaign strategy * Partner with Sales and leadership to align marketing with business growth goals * Analyze performance data and optimize marketing ROI * Manage budgets, projects, and marketing initiatives from concept to execution
What We're Looking For
* 7+ years of progressive marketing experience * Experience leading and developing a marketing team * Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics * Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
