What You?ll Do
Patient Care
* Provide hands?on care with a focus on safety, comfort, and high?quality medical support
* Promote a positive, fear?free experience for every patient
Client Communication
* Strengthen the client?animal bond through clear, compassionate communication
* Support clients through phone, text, email, and video chat
Surgery & Dentistry
* Assist with anesthesia monitoring, patient prep, dental radiographs, and dental cleanings
* Ensure smooth, safe surgical flow and excellent patient outcomes
Laboratory Work
* Perform in?house IDEXX diagnostics, fecal analysis, and basic cytology
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all lab processes
Appointment Support
* Assist veterinarians during exams and treatments
* Help maintain efficient, organized appointment flow
Record Keeping
* Ensure accurate, professional medical records and drug logs
* Uphold high standards of documentation and compliance
Continuing Education
* Stay current with new skills, technologies, and best practices
* Embrace ongoing learning as part of our culture
