Prospera is hiring an authorized *Rogers Sales Associate* in London, ON. We?re looking for a positive, people-focused individual who enjoys helping customers, learning about telecommunications services, and working toward shared team goals.
You?ll represent Rogers services while combining customer service with sales-focused conversations. Your role will be to understand what customers are looking for, explain suitable options, and help create a straightforward and welcoming experience from start to finish.
*What You?ll Do as a Rogers Sales Associate*
* Engage with customers through friendly, professional conversations and create a welcoming experience from the start. * Learn about customer needs and recommend Rogers products and services that align with their preferences. * Present plans, features, promotions, and service options clearly while highlighting relevant benefits. * Answer customer questions accurately and provide helpful information to support informed decisions. * Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related processes. * Strengthen customer relationships through attentive communication, reliable support, and thoughtful follow-up. * Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve shared sales and service goals.
*What We?re Looking For in a Rogers Sales Associate*
* High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional approach. * Comfortable learning and discussing products and services. * Reliable, organized, and motivated to contribute to a team. * Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is an asset but not required.
