*Job Summary:*
The Administrative Assistant in the Collections Department is responsible for the collection of payments for parking violations issued and reports to the Supervisor of the Collections Department.

Vancouver Office
*Employment:*
Full-time, Monday through Friday
*Hours:*
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
*Mandatory Qualifications:*
* Experience with Collections or relevant role an asset * Familiarity with office equipment, including multi-line phone system, printers and fax machines * Experience with office management tools (MS Office Suite, in particular) * High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Receptionist are a plus

*Job Responsibilities / Duties:*
* Answers incoming calls using IP Office telephone system from Avaya * Collects & processes payments over the phone and by mail * Negotiates & processes parking disputes * Processes payment reminder notices * Email sorting/screening, correspondence, & proof-reading * Type/create or update any other document as required * Other reasonable duties as assigned
