*Duties*
* Dispense prescription medications accurately using pharmacy software (Kroll) * Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy and provide counseling on medication use and potential side effects * Administer immunizations and oversee medication administration processes in accordance with medical protocols * Collaborate with healthcare providers on medical management plans * Perform patient service duties such as answering questions, providing education, and supporting overall patient care initiatives * Utilize pharmacy software efficiently for prescription processing, documentation, and reporting purposes
*Requirements*
* Valid pharmacist license with current registration in Ontario * Experience in community pharmacy required * Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices * Familiarity with Kroll and pharmacy billing * Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and deliver exceptional patient service * Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Licence/Certification: * Ontario Pharmacist License (required)
