*Position Overview*
We are currently hiring *Roofers / Roofing Laborers* to assist with residential and commercial roofing projects. This role involves hands-on work installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems while following all safety procedures.
*Responsibilities*
* Install and repair roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofing, etc.) * Tear off and replace existing roofs * Load and unload materials and tools * Maintain a clean and safe job site * Follow safety regulations and company procedures * Work effectively as part of a team
*Requirements*
* Previous roofing experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) * Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions * Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines * Valid driver?s license is an asset * Fall protection certificate (we will enroll you in the course if you do not have your certificate)
