About this role
*Overview* We are looking for a friendly, reliable, self motivated Certified Dental Assistant Level 2 for a full time position available in our dental practice.
MONDAY - THURSDAY No evenings or weekends
32-36 hours per week
Wage: starting at $24 (competitive wage depending on experience)
*Duties*
* Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials. * Room set up & take down * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray, Panorex) as needed. * Maintain patient records accurately using dental software - Abeldent * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment (IPAC)
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred * Must be HARP certified, CPR, WHIMIS * Familiarity with dental software systems - Abeldent is highly recommended but not required * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team * If you are interested in becoming a part of our positive, patient focused team, please email your resume
