*Duties*
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair * Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience * Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards * Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations * Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service flow * Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures during food handling and serving processes
*Experience*
* Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles * Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable * Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts * Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately * Experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
