*Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) ? Part-Time to Full-Time*
Burquitlam Animal Hospital is currently seeking a *Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)* to join our team! This position offers *part-time hours with the potential to grow into full-time* for the right candidate.
*Schedule Requirements:*
* Must be available to work *Saturdays* * Additional weekday shifts available (flexible scheduling)
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures * Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging * Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian * Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery * Provide compassionate patient care and client communication
*Qualifications:*
* Registered Veterinary Technician * Previous veterinary clinic experience *preferred* * Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work on your own * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Experience with Cornerstone
