Bready Café is looking for a *Full-Time Baker* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about bakery operations in a fast-paced café environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station * Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements * Manage time efficiently and work independently during early hours * Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of products
*Requirements*
* *Previous bakery experience required* * Able to work *early morning shifts starting at 3:30 AM* * Strong cleanliness and organization skills * Good self-management and reliability * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Food safety knowledge is an asset
