Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong technical background.
Duties:
1. Sales & Customer Service
* Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products * Achieve individual and store sales targets * Promote current sales, promotions, and special offers * Upsell and cross-sell related products
2. Product Knowledge
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services * Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers * Demonstrate products where applicable
3. Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations
* Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit) * Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with store policy * Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shift
4. Inventory & Stock Management
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages * Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise * Participate in regular stock counts * Ensure proper product labeling and pricing
5. Store Presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor * Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and properly arranged * Follow visual merchandising guidelines
6. Administrative & Reporting Duties
* Prepare daily sales reports if required * Maintain customer records where applicable * Assist with documentation related to invoices or special orders
7. Compliance & Security
* Follow company policies and procedures * Adhere to health and safety regulations * Safeguard company property and prevent loss
8. Team Collaboration
* Work cooperatively with team members * Support store operations during busy periods * Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
