About this role
Winmar Vancouver (Delta, BC) repairs homes and businesses after water, fire and mould damage. We need a full-time drywaller for insurance repair jobs across Metro Vancouver.
What you will do:
- Hang, tape, mud and sand drywall to a paint-ready finish
- Patch and blend repairs into existing walls and ceilings
- Match existing textures (knockdown, orange peel, smooth)
- Install insulation and vapour barrier before boarding
- Work in occupied homes: protect floors and contents, control dust, clean up daily
- Complete each job to the written scope and take progress photos
What you need:
- 3+ years drywall boarding and finishing experience
- Own hand tools
- Valid BC driver's licence
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Able to lift 50 lb and work on ladders
Details:
- Starting at $28/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
- Steady year-round work
