About this role
* Preparing various types of sushi, including maki (rolls), nigiri, and sashimi. * Making other Japanese dishes such as tempura, teriyaki, and miso soup. * Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish. * Developing and implementing new menu items and specials. * Ensuring ingredient quality by selecting fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. * Managing inventory and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. * Works alongside their team members * Builds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members * Dedicated to providing Perfect Food Every Time to our Guests * Maintains composure and thrives in a fast pace environment * Works with a sense of purpose and always prioritize Guest?s orders
