Join Our Team: Experienced Construction & Hardscape Crew Member
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Hardscape & Construction Crew Member with at least 2?3 years of hands-on experience. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, work effectively in a team, and know your way around a job site, we?d love to hear from you.
*What You?ll Be Doing*
* Building custom hardscape projects including pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor living areas. * Handling site preparation, grading, excavation, and base installation. * Safely operating hand tools, power equipment, and soil compactors. * Driving truck and trailer setups to transport machinery and materials to work sites. * Assisting with daily job site setup, material handling, and end-of-day cleanup. * Working collaboratively to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* *Experience:* Minimum 2?3 years of hands-on experience in hardscaping or landscape construction. * *Driver?s License:* Valid G2 or G License with a clean driving record required. * *Equipment Skills:* Experience towing a truck/trailer and operating machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors) is a major asset. * *Physical Capability:* Able to perform demanding physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing). * *Reliability:* Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable daily.
