*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients * Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations * Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction * Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours * Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies within the restaurant environment
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred * Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards * Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting * Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in meal preparation * Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team * Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
