About this role
Foto Stop is located in Willowbrook Mall photo services but also provides Canada Post services and is looking for a Customer Representative to provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service, resolve customer issues and answers questions.
Responsibilities:
* Receiving and shipping Parcels * Scan Products * Perform other postal clerk duties as required * On the Photo Side, taking pictures and provides services such as printing.
Qualifications/ Skills:
* Friendly and positive attitude * Very organized * Excellent customer service * Excellent communication skills * Ability to make change * Attention to detail * Experience with Computers
This position will offer the possibility to evolve into a manager position role.
