*Duties*
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively * Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction * Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work stations, tools, and common areas according to health regulations * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals * Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and answering client inquiries * Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations * Support team members with various salon or spa operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
*Requirements*
* Prior experience in barbering services and customer service roles is preferred * Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients * Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining professionalism * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently * A friendly attitude, professional appearance, and genuine interest in helping clients look and feel their best
